Years of destruction, plague, and war have left this once peaceful and charming land in ruins. Clear, crisp running waters are now tainted with death. Lands that were flowering with an abundance of hope and life are now seen as a long forgotten dream. Together, the survivors of this wretched past are rebuilding their fallen empire. It's autumn in Running Hooves.
Days are becoming short and nights chilly as autumn settles upon Running Hooves. Ripe apples and other treats are plenteous. Leaves are beginning to turn into their brilliant fall foliage, and everyone is preparing for the winter that is sure to follow.
Lilly Meadow A large meadow covered with wild flowers, with abundant food and water. This is an excellent place to raise young ones, and old ones can rest here peacefully. King- Zero, Queen- Twilight Moderators: x. b l a n e , Shadow [Lurking], REST IN PEACE , ZERO .
Crystal Falls A tree covered land with hidden water fall, plentious water. Food is abundant, yet most of it is wet and sometimes soggy. Sunset Fields An open clearing that looks over the horizon. It is known for it's beautiful sunsets. There is plenty of food, and water is abundant when you can find it! The streams are often hidden in the tall soft grass of the Field. Young ones love it here, plenty of places to play hide 'n' seek! Glistening Mountains A terra that makes it self pretty noticable, Large white capped mountians in the center over looking all of Running Hooves. The largest mount in the center holds an enormous cave running all through the mountain, caves branching off from it like a gigantic hallway with rooms. The branches are filled with crystals of all shapes and sizes, and the hall is covered in paintings from the stone age. There is plenty of food and water, and it is well protected from the darks. Mystic Valley An ever green valley cover with flowers and tends to have a bit of fog around it. There are lots of wild animals, but very few are enemies. There is plenty of food and water. Forest of Nightmares A dark forest, filled with willows and oaks, so old in age that they try to grab you with thier loping brances. In the center of this horrific forest lies a small clearing filled with triumph and hate, as the little sun that shines burns its rays at the ground. A small creek splits the clearing, flowing with the fallen souls of those who have died at its bank, a perfect vantage point of the light terraces below, here lay only the cruel and the wicked. Arachnid Desert This desert is not a true desert, but simply a dry land amongst full healthy lands. Water can be hard to come by, but most of the time there is a stream or brooke somewhere around. Food can be found easily, but you will not be able to simply reach down and crop the blades beneath your feet. The truly special thing about this desert, though, is that it is inhabited by spiders. Drift Wood Swamp A place where both lights and darks dwell. Plenty of food, but watch the water. Sometimes it can become contaminated. It looks quite dismal on murky days, but on sunny days it can be quite a sight. Moderators: x. b l a n e , Shadow [Lurking], REST IN PEACE , ZERO .
Snowy Pine Plateau This is a plateau, very flat except around the borders where it slopes steeply down. It is often snowy here, and very rarely does all the snow melt.
